Error when trying to start video chat

I am trying to set up Redfire, and am having some issues, thought you might be able to help......

I installed the redfire.war file into the Openfire plugin directory, and have restarted the server, I also installed the redfire-plugin.jar into the Spark plugin directory, and the Red 5 shows up within Spark.

If I click on the 5 when chatting with someone, all I see is a window that pops up and says:

HTTP ERROR 404

Problem accessing /redfire/video/redfire_2way.html. Reason:

    Not Found

Any thoughts on what I may have missed??
