Redfire 0.0.0.4 only see myself

I installed Redfire 0.0.0.4 on my OpenFire 3.7.0 server and on two Spark accounts.  When we try to do video chat, I can only see myself and the other person can only see himself.

i check ports 1935 and 7070 both is open...
