What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Openfire 3.7.1 on Windows Server 2003.
2. Download redfire-370.0.0.06.zip and extract redfire.war plugin.
3. Stop the Openfire Service
4. Copy the redfire.war plugin into the plugins directory "c:\program files\openfire\plugins\redfire.war
5. Start Openfire Service
6. Error on start, red5 does not function or load, page not found
Same issue as user that posted here: http://code.google.com/p/redfire/issues/detail?id=23<- Look at attacted txt file for error message.
